To request a Certificate of Conformity, you will primarily need the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the vehicle and the booklet of the vehicle. Any additional requirements will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

Technical Specifications Included:
What kind of technical data is included in a COC?
A Certificate of Conformity provides detailed specifications about your vehicle, including CO2 emission figures, the applicable European emissions classification (Euro standard), and in some cases, the fiscal power rating. This information is essential for registering the vehicle within Europe and ensuring it meets national compliance standards.
Are CO2 emission levels part of the document?
Yes, CO2 emissions are thoroughly documented in the CoC. It typically includes various emission readings—such as low, medium, high, and combined values. Depending on the vehicle’s production date, both the older NEDC and newer WLTP measurement standards may be listed, with WLTP being the current reference in most EU countries.
Is fiscal power indicated in the COC?
For some brands and models, the CoC includes fiscal power (also known as administrative horsepower). Whether this is present depends on how the manufacturer structures their documentation.
Does the COC state the Euro emissions classification?
Definitely. The CoC specifies the vehicle’s Euro emissions category, which is a key requirement for legal registration in any EU member state.
